Abstrak

Real Work Lectures (KKN) are a form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which aims to develop academic, social, and community service competencies of students. The Gondang 2 KKN activity of the University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo was carried out at SD Negeri Gondang 2 Purwantoro with a focus on improving the quality of education through student mentoring programs. This research aims to improve students' academic and non-academic abilities through various innovative and participatory learning methods.nThe methods used include direct learning, group learning, individual learning, activity-based learning, and periodic evaluation. The mentoring program is realized in various activities such as tutoring, literacy and numeracy, character education, health education, creative activities, and art training including writing, drawing, dance, and music. The results of the activity showed an increase in creativity, critical thinking skills, and student confidence. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of students in participating in the training and their success in producing works displayed at the exhibition activities. In addition, this activity also has a positive impact on increasing students' interest in learning and communication skills. Thus, the Gondang 2 KKN assistance program at the University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo at SD Negeri Gondang 2 Purwantoro has proven to be effective in improving the quality of learning and developing students' potential optimally, both in academic and non-academic aspects.
