ENHANCING CAREGIVER CAPACITY IN IMPLEMENTING TECHNOLOGY-BASED WORSHIP DISCIPLINE MANAGEMENT FOR FOSTER CHILDREN AT LKS TUNANANETRA 'AISYIYAH PONOROGO

The development of worship discipline is an important aspect in strengthening the religious character of foster children in social welfare institutions, especially for children with blind disabilities who require an adaptive and accessible learning approach. This service research aims to increase the capacity of caregivers in implementing technology-based worship discipline management for foster children at the 'Aisyiyah Ponorogo Integrated Blind LKS. The research uses a participatory and collaborative approach through the stages of needs analysis, training module development, workshop implementation, and program implementation assistance. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and reflections on caregivers' practices during the mentoring process. The results showed that the training and mentoring program was able to improve caregivers' understanding and skills in managing worship discipline habituation in a more systematic and structured manner. In addition, the integration of assistive technology such as learning audio media and screen reader devices is proven to help improve the accessibility of worship learning as well as the independence of blind foster children in carrying out daily worship practices. These findings indicate that strengthening the capacity of caregivers combined with the use of technology can be an effective strategy in developing inclusive Islamic education practices in social welfare institutions. Therefore, this program model has the potential to be replicated in similar institutions to improve the quality of worship guidance for children with special needs.
