Article Processing Charge (APC) & Submission Fees

HAPDIS (Harmoni Pendidikan, Islam dan Sains) is fully committed to the Open Access initiative. To cover the costs associated with the publication process, the journal charges the following fees:

1. Article Submission Fee: 0.00 (IDR / USD) There are no charges for submitting a manuscript to HAPDIS. Authors can submit and track their manuscripts through the peer-review process entirely for free.

2. Article Processing Charge (APC): IDR 175,000.00 If the manuscript is accepted for publication after the peer-review process, the corresponding author will be asked to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 175,000.00 (One Hundred and Seventy-Five Thousand Indonesian Rupiah).

This one-time fee covers the standard costs of the publishing process, which includes:

• Peer-review management and editorial administration.

• Professional layout, formatting, and typesetting of the final PDF and HTML versions.

• Registration of a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for the article via Crossref.

• Long-term digital archiving and permanent Open Access availability for readers worldwide.

Important Note on Payment:

• Authors will only be invoiced after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication (upon receiving the Letter of Acceptance).

• HAPDIS does not accept any fast-track review or expedited publication fees. The payment of the APC does not influence the editorial decision or the peer-review outcome.
