Focus and Scope of Key Topics:

As a community engagement journal, accepted articles must be reports on completed PkM program implementations. The focus includes:

  1. Application of Science in Islamic-Based Elementary Education: The implementation of teaching models, media, or methods for science instruction in elementary schools (SD/MI) that are integrated with Islamic values and ethics.

  2. Community Empowerment: Training or mentoring provided to teachers, parents, or communities to enhance scientific literacy, religious literacy, and pedagogical skills.

  3. Innovative Learning Media Development: The practical application of research findings to create educational aids (e.g., Islamic edutainment, simple science kits) usable by elementary schools.

  4. Religious and Scientific Literacy: PkM efforts to foster a balanced understanding of Islamic religious teachings and scientific concepts among elementary-age students.
